Keneth Gonzalez, otherwise known as "kengon," is the founder of Pretty Simple Group, Inc.

After four decades of observing organizations struggle with unnecessary complexity. Throughout his career spanning roles from individual contributor to execuite leadership, Kenneth recognized a consistent patter: the most successful intiatives focused on the vital few actions that drove results, not comprehensive frameowrks that looked impressive on paper but failed in execution.

After serving as a Gartner Analyst for over six years and conducting over 4000 client interactions, Kenneth saw this challenge across industries, company sizes, and geographies. Pretty Simple Group was born from the conviction that organizations need partners who can help them cut through complexity to find straightforward paths forward.
